i'm not so good at poetry, but it's just something i came up with, an issue that i've been dealing it and trying to make people see. if that makes any sense.

she creeps through her life, unseen
delicately padding through the gossip
silently attending the pep rallies, the dances
hidden in the back
still no one cares to notice

she watches the girl who has everything
while she continues to live off of nothing
there's holes inside of both of them
waiting to be filled with peace
hoping to one day find themselves

they both look in the mirror and see each other
the girl who has everything is the girl who needs nothing
yet the girl who has nothing is really the girl who seems to have it all
